I'm planning to withdraw myself from the lifestyle I am very much used to for 30 days, so it can work as a soft reboot to my system of beliefs, values and such. Most importantly to my dopamine receptors.

However I am not entirely sure if I can handle it the way I want, so I'd like some guidance in that regard. The plan is to avoid:

internet

using computer at all

listening to music

doing anything related to short term pleasure in general

meeting with people I know (that will be easy now)

I'll fill some of that free time with long walks, listening to audiobooks and exploring my surrounding areas. It will be a 1/3 of my day. I am not sure what to do besides that, I will lift and I could maybe write about something. If anyone went through a similar process and has any tips, that would be great. It's going to be a difficult time for me but it's necessary, I don't want any half measures, I need to get fixed hardcore. And doing it that way will provide me with a new outlook that I never had, so it's really worth exploring.
