I’m 26 my LTR is 23.

Relationships aside, I’ve got a big goal I’m working on now and if that doesn’t work I still got my “side” business, over 250k a year. (She has no idea how much I make)

My LTR is pretty and hot, only green flags so far: virgin before me, non smoker/drinker, good relationship with parents, loves and respect her dad, barely any social media, no guy friends and the list goes on...

We never fought or even argued, she’s pretty mature and when issues comes up we talk about it and it’s resolved immediately.

Basically from what I know so far, a “unicorn”.

We’re gonna agree on what exactly happens if we break up, we’re gonna lease a place obviously, I’m not committing to anything financial.

If after living together for a year we’re still good I’ll probably marry her, I want to be a young father with a young wife.

I’m looking for tips about moving in together, I’m naturally more dominant through the whole relationship and would like to keep it that way.

Would appreciate any tips.
