I created a new account just for this (my brother knows my other reddit account) and also I'm posting here because this is the community I know best, even though this doesn't really have anything to do with sexual stuff but with self improvement (witch I know is a big part of TRP).

So i'm 16 yo and my brother is 19. I always had a low SMV since middle school probably because I was raised only by my single mother who abused me (she used to beat me and yell at me all kinds of shit).

Anyways now I'm on the road of self improvement but my brother is going ape shit on me from time to time without a clear reason. One time he told me that he hopes I'll kill myself (without me baiting him). When I confronted my mum about it she said that it's just his personality.

Now with another person I could just distance myself from them but we live under the same roof (it's a small apartment too) and I can't afford another place of course.

What do I do? Do I just endure it, for I don't know how many years?
