I've started lifting 6 months ago, 4-5 times per week. I did change my diet significantly, but the quantity has remained roughly the same. So, i've cut out sodas, chips, gummy bears and other junk food. Replaced my meals with eggs, chicken breast, lean pork, lots of veggies, greek yoghurt + the protein shakes. I don' think I'm eating more than before, quantity wise.

Looking in the mirror, I'm definetly leaner than I ever was before. I'm not shredded by any means, but leaner than I ever was. Shoulders stick out, some vascularity under the skin, better pecs, and slight traces of abs, and overall a better body shape.

I'm dead 6', 185 lbs. Used to be 190 up until two weeks ago.(my weight has stayed the same). I'm worried about the recent weight drop. I'm afraid I'm undereating. The only macro I've tracked was protein, (roughly 150g per day), did not track my calories.

Is it possible that, in case I'm underfed, I might be actually losing muscle mass instead?

I tried eating more, but that is force-feeding, and it does not work on me.
