Ok so this is at the workplace. Long story short me and a coworker hooked up, dated, and had a bad breakup. She recently has gotten a promotion so she sometimes tells me what to do. Today they put me in a leadership position equal to hers (humble brag) I did a better job.

Anyways she texts me saying how I need to "grow up" at work because when I left, everyone else left. She got in trouble for it because some people, including myself, left without her permission. She says we didn't properly close shop even though its really her responsibility to ensure we close shop properly. Here's the kicker I had already ensured that everything was ready to close shop there was just a last minute issue with a customer that didn't require my presence.

Another thing is "I don't communicate well at work" because I got somebody else to help me with an issue instead of her. Basically prior to the incident, I tried speaking to her two separate times and she gave me a bad attitude both times. In order to avoid any more issues I simply asked somebody else for help. So now she says to grow up, speak up and communicate.

What should I do? Already blocked her number. Should I drop it? Confront her, as in talk to her about it? I called her and it rang twice before she hanged up. I feel like if I approach her I will be falling for her little shit test but if I drop it she might try to push me around.
