I went out with friends (5girls 4boys) .We are all pretty close and it was all good and there was this one girl showing interest (let's call her c but there was another boy there that liked her (k). So everything was good, we were all drunk and went back to the apartment and so C and I went to lie in her bed for a little while touching etc etc . So K comes in and tells me that C is too drunk and that I should go to a different bed but he uses this as an opportunity to lie with her himself. So I go to a different room and go to sleep with ( there's 4 of us in the bed). Everything is good until about 20 minutes later when K comes in screaming crying hitting me saying that I touched C inappropriately and that she was crying. I feel like k managed to wind her up but at no point did this girl ever say stop and get off in the room or at the club and we didn't actually do anything apart from kiss. Then another guy comes into the room telling me what the f*ck am I doing and I shouldn't be touching her. So me and my mate get out of there. Now all the people from our group along with the 2 whiteknights have taken the girls side and say that they're going to take me to court and put me in jail without even listening to me . Not sure what to do and now K has called people to come round my house to try and intimidate me.
