So the other week I told a coworker (I'm leaving in a couple months) that I wanted her and she turned me down. The problem isn't lack of attraction (she's definitely into me) it's because she won't cheat.

Since then I've been soft ignoring her, and she's not happy/showing more signs of interest again.

Hypothetically, how would one go about getting this girl into bed, knowing that despite the rejection she is still attracted?

I should add that I'm married but my wife and I are about to have a trial separation which will give me good logistics.
