My bro, I say this with the best intentions, man up. Do you not see how hard you've been misused by this girl? She doesn't respect you as a human let alone as a man and never will. This is her loss. She broke up with you because she wanted to get with that guy, not because of you beating off. That's the weakest excuse I've ever heard.

You need to block her on everything, delete all contact info, get a gym membership and start lifting. Let out all your emotions, anger, sadness, all with lifting. Eat right. Go out with your guy friends often too because the more you're alone you're gonna think you miss her.

You have a chemical addiction in your brain, dopamine and oxytocin. It is going to take a few weeks to get over her but the worst thing you can do is go back to her or take her back. Do you not care about yourself? You don't need someone else to make you happy, that's sad. The real way to be happy is to make yourself happy.

I promise you, there are better girls out there. Most will do this bullshit to you depending on circumstances. That's why we spin plates here. I suggest you find three new passions, your first is powerlifting and the other two are up to you. Follow them religiously and be the best you can in them. Forget about girls for a while and do you're own thing and work on being the strongest version of yourself

The irony of course is when you do that and drop off...she WILL contact you again. Not because she wants to be with you...but because your value goes back up again and she gets curious about whether you're the same loser she dumped for Chad.

Learn from this. It sounds like she was your first girl. Start spinning plates, learn game, read everything you can about the Red Pill. It hurts but you have to stop thinking you did something wrong. You'll learn and look back on this in 6 months time a laugh wondering "What was I thinking??"

I personally gave up pornography 6 months ago but I have a theory that porn works the same way as dread game. It's basically your mistress. I could be wrong though.

Back to the problem at hand. Your relationship should have ended 5 years before it did. After a year with a girl the mystery is all but gone along with the attraction. The fact that she texts other guys is a giveaway that she's probably been cheating on you this whole time.

Right now you need to just read the first rational male book & hit the gym hard. The rest will come. You're going to be okay.

Dude, I know it's hard. You've been with her for a long time, longer than some marriages, and now it's over. It's not her fault and it's not your fault. Just the way things are. You see, women want a master, someone to lead them and fill them with intense feelings. Someone that isn't boring. Someone that stands strong. Someone that voices his desires.

From the way you speak, I'd say that you're a hollow shell. Nothing, no personality, no voice, no spine, and no desire. Basically, you're a dead fish. Of course she left you dude, don't get upset and definitely don't cry over it. Don't bother with self improvement or any of that shit either, because in the back of your mind you're only doing it for her approval & the hope that she'll come back.

Cut all contact with her, delete all pics and messages, and all social media connections. Delete her number as well. From here on out, she doesn't exist and never did, she was just a figment of your imagination.

Now work on what YOU want. What do you want out of life? Besides a woman, what would you like to do or be before you die? Do you want to waste your one life thinking about a sack of flesh that did you wrong? Or do you want to live to the fullest of your potential?

There is no right answer or wrong answer in this. It all comes down to what's gonna benefit you more in the end...Mentally and physically.
