Are you saying that you haven't posted any pics to your tinder profile? That's a 100% left swipe guaranteed.

If I misunderstood, it's possible, and frankly quite likely, that your pictures just aren't flattering. Don't sweat it. That's not as easy as you think.

If you don't have a very good photo of you, get one. Ask someone to take one. Make up a reason why. Lying is useful in life. You don't need to be catching a touchdown from Brett Favre in a Wrangler jeans commercial, just have a good picture of your face and body, and smile..

Also, write less stuff on the profile. Write nothing actually.
