I feel like this is the best sub in sculpting a personality that suits my interests and not looking for the "just be yourself" bullshit. I'm here to ask for advice in dealing with problems I encounter quite frequently.

  1. People who control everything ---/how would you go about dealing with them?
  2. Being straightforward or fake (sugarcoat everything/act like you love him/her) ---/I generally don't care about what others feel about what I say and I just get right to the point. This seems to always trigger the person. Should I go about a more relaxed but fake way when dealing with people?
  3. The need to explain myself ---/I've always had the urge to prove myself innocent or not wrong. How should I deal with these urges, especially with the judgmental people out in society that keep verbally attacking you?
  4. People that take credit for something they don't do ---/I've had many situations of accomplishing a task, making a joke, telling a story, etc. and having someone act like it was their own. Should I just shrug it off? Or should I go about trying to take my work that I did back?

This may seem stupid to some ignorant people on this sub, so telling me "just find new people to be with" or some other useless information is a waste of my time and yours.
