Just ghost her. Block her number, delete/block her from social media if she's on there. You don't have to communicate the things you don't like or that you want to stop seeing her, just stop.
I know man I wish I could, but she's the type to spread shit to pull you down and I'd rather people didn't know about it honestly :/
