Yes, I've read the side bar, I've read most red pill theory and books, I've been red pilled for about 8 years, I've done approaches, had many plates and successes and failures. Just wanted to get all of that preliminary shit out of the way.

That said, I was hit with the onset of some major depression a few years ago, and I'm only just breaking out of that now. I'm feeling more hopeful as I put in the work to push through it. But the effect that had on my overall self esteem, and personality was massive.

I've basically become like an angry beta dork again, but I'm painfully aware of it this time round. I'm hoping my insights are an advantage, and that I can start to rebuild parts of my old self back again, and possibly better, but I also suffer with a lot of doubts because of this. Overthinking shit that I know I'm capable of being able to do or become.

Anyone else who's overcome some bad depression, or been through something similar, how did you overcome this and did you manage to get your sense of self back? I know there's a small piece of me that has probably died, but I can accept that. I'd just like to be able to get back to more or less where I left off before this depression began.
