I'm almost 27 and i have low libido for a few years now. Finally went to a doctor a few days ago and got my t-level checked and it's 380 ng/dl.

Before the doctor made the test he asked me a few questions and i told him that i never get a boner in the morning or random boners. I don't make good gains even though i train hard and consistently. I have a full head of hair but my hair got noticeably thinner. I had extremely thick hair in my teens-early twenties. Sleep quality is worse etc.

He asked me if there are stress factors in my life and i had to tell him that i had a relationship with my baby momma and that she dumped me. I'm still stressed because of her but it got a lot better thanks to the red pill.

When he gave me the result, he said that my testosterone levels are within the normal range and that i should consider getting therapy because i may have depression.

I made a little research and 380 ng/dl is within the normal range but still low.

Now i'm not sure what i should do. Could my t-levels really be so low because i'm depressed for years and i never got therapy or am i depressed because i have low testosterone?

I really wouldn't like to take testosterone because i'm still young and i don't want to be dependent on it forever but i also don't want to feel like shit for the rest of my life.
