The best solution is to go do cold approaches earlier in the day. Get there 1-2 hours early and just start warming up. Might even meet a hotter girl. But you want to get that adrenaline and cortisol out--that's your anxiety, that's what's going to fuck you. Burn it off. Then run a fucking train on the date. You can also lift super heavy to burn the adrenaline off and it makes you feel good as fuck too. But I have a garage gym so dunno if that's possible otherwise.

You're setting the expectation that you're going to fuck her.

That's the wrong mentality. Set the expectation that you're going out with this girl and your friends and are going to have a good time.

Focus on just having fun and just escalate naturally.

It's normal if you feel a bit nervous. But you're not alone, you've got two friends by your side. Someone made a similar post about it a few days ago so I'll just say the same thing.

Have some music playing in the background, not too loud though, just to make it a bit cosy, or just the TV on in the background. Don't put it too loud so you can communicate with them. Dress nice and greet all the girls. Don't put all your attention on the HB7. I mean.. yeah she's your 'main girl' there but flirt with the others too, to make her a bit jealous. Definitely use Kino on the HB7 though. Have drinks in your fridge, ask the HB7 what they like to drink and make sure you have plenty of it cold in the fridge to get them tipsy.

You can make the drinks. Even if it's just wine or cocktails. Pour them in 6 glasses and ask the HB7 to help you. You can't possibly carry 6 full glasses by yourself. When you isolated a bit, this is the perfect chance to flirt a bit. Tease her a bit about the way she makes cocktails. I'm pretty sure you can flirt/tease her a bit in the moment. This is a perfect way for your friends to escalate a bit with their girls. Then when you come back with the drinks, make sure to include everyone in the conversation. I assume you're all in uni/college like me. Just ask the girls how their summer has been. They will bring up some stuff they did and you can talk about that or tell them stuff you guys did. I mean.. there's 6 people so anyone must have something interesting to tell. Make sure it's you though.. so your girl doesn't like your friends more than you.

Then you can move on to some drinking games and after that it's a piece of cake... Kiss the girl during spin the bottle or some other game, who cares. If all 3 of them are tipsy and so are you it's easy to escalate. At this point you should have done enough kino through the night and if you did, you can take her upstairs and make out with her and fuck her, goodluck man.

Want to cure your anxiety very quickly? Have a beer, it does wonders. You will feel smoith and confident during the whole conversation.

I dont advertise alcohol use to people but its great for social interactions.
