Sup, so came across the red pill a few months back - done a shit ton of research and self developing.. And realised where my life was, sucked ass - which takes me to present day - single with the time to grow like I should have done years ago.

Other than obviously lifting, working on social skills and other shit - started reading the recommend books to sort my shit out, Mr nice guy seemed like a logical first step.

First up, Holy shit that booked summed me up to the t, pretty fucking pathetic but I had no idea - after finishing the book I feel like I've stumbled upon the Holy grail of my life.. But I feel like.. Is that it? Like.. I read the book, had alot of reality checks.. And now I'm moving onto the rational male series..

Feel like there was so much shit within the NMMNG book, is this whole self development stage from these books as simple as read, take information in, implement into daily life.. And bingo - results?

I dunno, feels like the process should be more complex than that.. Or is this just some bitch ass thinking?

Got three weeks at home right now due to post op recovery, and about eight books to smash through.. So implementing shit into life right now is difficult for the time being, so Reading and understanding is all I can really do.

Can you overload on information, or will the theory that throw enough shit (knowledge) at the wall, and eventually some of it will stick (to my daily life)

Just after views on how best to take and use this information 👍
