I have experienced it this week. Went into class at 8:30, was thrown out by the teacher at 8:31 because of fighting.

Basically I took my habitual sit, a friend wanted that sit because he put his bag on the table before I sat, I didn't say a thing and stood on the chair, he started to get pissed off and gave me a light hit to the shoulder with his knee, I instantly stood up and punched his arm, he pushed me and I fell back into chair (He weights 25kgs more than me) Got back up started punching him more then we both got thrown out of class by our teacher screaming.

I'd say it was definitely because of no fap, the first time I punched him wasn't a thought act, it was instincts talking, I just stood up and attacked without thinking.

Though I'm not "angry" like you are, I was more confident and defending my ground than trying to hurt him (I remember before throwing the first punch, for a split second I looked into his eyes and saw his face unprotected but went for his arm instead.)

Was more of two young males fighting for dominance than anger here if you ask me.

If you are angry then try to channel it by lifting, meditation can also do good for you, you could also simply fight by taking up a martial art for example.

I think you're angry because you're not pacified by constant sexual release, and you start to realize that your life wasn't maybe as good as you thought it was, use it for change.

it's causing mental imbalance because it's bad for you. Nofap + nosex = no brain

The only reason to lay off getting an orgasm that way is if you're too busy with life in general or too busy getting laid.

It has no benefits and for many men will simply erase your sex drive and stunt you socially because of being too horny or aggressive for a while then dead inside like a eunuch the rest of your life.
