6'6" 194lbs sounds pretty lightweight, not to repeat a cliche, but are you lifting?

I wouldn't read too much into stares / eye contact. Like another commenter said, approach. That will be a better indicator. There may be subtle IOIs that you're missing.

It's /probably/ not your looks. If you were truly bad looking, you would know. It's probably that you just don't stand out. Improve your wardrobe, your hair, your skin - those are all things you can control.
