First off, you're a fucking moron. I cannot tell you how many dumbasses I've seen in the military do the exact same thing you did. Have some self respect and stop with this stupid behavior. The only kids I saw do this in the Army were virgins before they met their wife, so stop putting her pussy on a pedestal.

Second off, in the Army we had lawyers. Whatever branch you are in, go speak to the lawyers. Ask your squad leader or chain of command who you need to talk to, they will help.

Third off, call the police department and file a stolen car report. Don't mention your wife took it, simply state the car was stolen and you don't know who took it. When you get it back, change the exterior locks on it.

Fourth off, this is going to suck. Tell your chain of command the situation. Because you are a male, and the military is full of fucking pussies, they are going to move you to the barracks if you used to live with her off base. Explain to your chain of command that you haven't hurt her, don't plan to, and you are going to cut off all contact with her. Then file a restraining order against her with the police department. This will protect you legally, because later on she will claim you abused her and hurt her. She will claim you assaulted her and oh poor her, she has a vagina boo hoo. If you file a restraining order and she violates it, it is on her.

Lastly, buy a fucking tape recorder and start using it. If you have any conversations with her, be it in person or phone, use the tape recorder. Record all emails and save all texts with her.

Something I might add, the military loves to fuck over its male soldiers in these kinds of situations. Do not expect or trust your chain of command. Do not take their word for anything. They will fuck you in the ass and smile in an instant when you think you can trust them the most. You are playing a dangerous fucking game.

Additional: If you two have a house, take all of your personal belongings, ESPECIALLY MILITARY GEAR, and get it the fuck out of there. Get it away from her period. Find a buddy you can trust and tell him the situation. A good friend will NOT tell you no in these circumstances. You were trained to rely on your brother so suck your pride the fuck up and ask for some help. DO NOT FUCKING LEAVE YOUR PERSONAL THINGS IN THE HOUSE ANYMORE, GET IT OUT BEFORE SHE FUCKING STEALS IT BECAUSE THE POLICE WILL NOT GET IT BACK FOR YOU. YOU WILL LOSE IT YOU IGNORAMUS.

If she has access to any of your email accounts, bank accounts, etc. change the passwords AS OF YESTERDAY. ALSO, change all of the security questions on all of your accounts - example: If she knows your fucking mothers maiden name for your bank account security question, SHE CAN CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD AND LOG IN. If you think she knows your credit card/debit card number, cancel them and get new ones.

Also have a third party (a friend) come with you whenever she is going to be at the house while you get your shit out of there. Because she will start a fight, and the police are a bunch of fucking idiots and will back her even when she is wrong. You better Ranger the fuck up and go about all of this shit in a tactical mindset. She is the fucking enemy, she has the high ground, and you have to dot every fucking I and cross every T if you want to win this fight.

Either way you are fucked because she has your kid in her.

Take what's coming to you and try not to let it break you.

While your at it, learn some discipline. I work with a lot of you army guys and it's awesome. Some let the military make their decisions for them and flail around in their personal life just like this.

Get the fuck out of that marriage. Lawyer up, paternity test. The issue you'll have is her claiming assault. You lose your clearance, get thrown in the brig, your military career is toast. The bitch is beyond the typical dependapotomous.
