Mentally, you have a lot of unwinding and restructuring to do with this topic. First thing, just talk to women. Start small. Talk to some girl at your bus stop. Maybe girls in class. I don't know your situation so that may help if you elaborate. Get comfortable with the idea of talking to girls first. You have to realize this is the number one fear of all guys. As a result, women are not hit on as much as you'd think, so they get excited when guys talk to them. The only catch being, don't be awkward about it. There are plenty of things on YouTube to reference. PUA material that can help ease you into this.

You can read all about how to assemble and bow and shoot an arrow, but that doesn't mean you can pick up an arrow for the first time and shoot a bullseye.

As with everything you have to practice and gain experience before getting good at it. Don't read the sidebar and just try to regurgitate exactly what it says, take it one step at a time and try to work on one principle at a time.

You think a girl needs to come to you to talk, but they feel the same way so at the end of the day neither of you are talking to each other. One of you has to take the leap and more often than not it's gonna have to be you.

All about frame. You have to approach. You're the man, and you lead. You also go for what you want.

You just have to internalize the principles - abundance, prize, idgaf, outcome independence.

You want to more be presenting yourself, not chasing.

And read about teasing, push/pull etc, so you can flip the dynamic.

Just talk to them like they are normal people and then you’ll see signs if they’re interested or not
