Have you guys ever seen a 9/10 in theory that has only one fixable flaw, but it knocks them down quite a bit?

I'll explain. I know a girl with a stupid attractive face, pretty decent body except she's got crazy arm hair - like no joke probably more than most guys. I would think she would inherently know excess body hair isn't feminine and just get rid of it. Surely she has to know it exists. It's odd that literally just arm hair knocks a girl down for me, but it's actually true.
