okay so i met a girl through one of my work colleques this spring.

i made a few attempts of asking her out but she shot them down but still kept talking to me over facebook, snapchat etc.

We have a great shared interest in music but whenever we talk i just cant to start flirting with her even though i know shes not interested (fuck you dick)

I see her everyday at work in a large corporation, so its not like i can just put her on ignore and never see her again. How do i start behaving like a man and move on, as i can see my situation is just giving her want she want? (validation, orbiter)
