You need to understand that behind your eyes there is a huge irrational filter in your brain adjusting the realm into something that fit your expectations because we like stuff we like more than stuff that we don't like.

So far you have moved through life without proper reflection and a lot of self-manipulation. Hooray! You now have all the means and possibilities to improve it and become a proper human being. You can become an adult now if you don't refuse the hard work and responsibilities of the adult life like a stubborn child.

Time is going to be the ultimate cure. There is no straight shot way to do it. I recommend trying to talk to other girls and make them feel like shit.

If you want to take it from me. I have oneitis over 1.5 year . This New year will be the same for me thinking about some dumb girl fantasies which dont exist. I even dreamt about her these days 2 days in a row.

When i went out today i saw 312321 other chicks and i realised that the problem is not rejection but me. You see when you do the same thing to other chicks as well you see you have a problem . And the problem is :

not having enough options

cant stress this enough. Yes time will help knowledge will help.But seriously till you go out and meet other people it will haunt you down till you feel like a piece of shit.
