It’s how you handle yourself. Do you respond well? Or do you blow your cool? Back in the Bad Old Days of the Saber Tooth Tiger, you couldn’t have a guy along on the hunt who was going to freak out, drop his spear and run away.

Think about the last time you were on a team of guys. Everything drops out pretty quickly besides what each guy brings to the group in terms of skills etc.
