I am looking for guidance from the community on overcoming a recently acquired and incurable STI, which I perceive as a major negative mark against my sexual market value.

For a little background, I am both financially and intellectually secure; I maintain several hobbies pertaining to both spheres and also am moderately interested in nutrition and wellness (though these are not a huge concern due to my high metabolic rates.) Despite this, it has been difficult not to see my having herpes as a major blow to my perceived value once the condition is known to a woman.

Any advice/strategy related to framing this issue to plates, effectively concealing the condition, and maintaining my sexual confidence would be greatly appreciated. The only real restriction I have is that I am not willing to lie outright about my condition, due to the very grey legal area concerning such a deception.
