Learn to say 'No' if you don't see fit attending parties. For instance, if an event assumes (heavy) alcohol consumption you will be out-of-sync with the rest of a group. Other than that, just enjoy whatever you are doing. Don't let 'party norms' take over you.

As a guy that constantly went to clubs and parties, now in a LTR, I simply don't go as often anymore.

I never liked the club scene, but it was/is a necessity when trying to attract plates and/or a LTR. I used to go out 3 nights / week. I liked it most of the time, but if I were to choose drinking a few glasses of wine and a good meal with friends I would've totally dumped all clubs.

Now that you're in a LTR, the purpose of the clubs is gone. I am quite sure that you don't like the music, and other than music and pursuing pussy, what else is there? So why bother going at all?

On the other hand, if your social circle is going to these clubs and parties, then there's you answer. You're not going for the venue, you're going to have fun with friends, and if you're not enjoying the activity with your friends then the problem is not the location, but your friends.

If you're invited and really want to go, why not bring the girl?

If you feel better the girl isn't in the AMOG-heavy environment, fine, I'm sure you still had fun dancing some of the time when not picking up, right? Any of these clubs have table seating? You & your friends could sit more & flirt less. Or maybe you can just keep up on your game with practice without picking up. No harm in that. No numbers, no kissing, no hooking up, you're not cheating. It's a party - not a church.

I understand some people think the purpose of the club is basically the pussy farm from which the bountiful harvest shall be taken, ya, ok, but also if you de-socialize & de-game yourself you may not be as sharp in your game. I know, hold frame, blah blah, be alpha, blah blah but part of this is a social skill, not just a personal battle of 1 male vs 1 female in the LTR for emotional / sexual balance, it's also having the social skill to deal with anyone 'on your feet', very fluid, adaptive, being challenged.

That's key here. New people in new social environments keep challenging you & you are always thinking on your feet and it's easy. Once you become a domesticated herd-beast you don't have the variety of challenge & you will slip.

Maybe not big slips but you will. Just a thought... do you what you think you need to do.
