My workplace has all the red flags of passive-aggressive behaviour. Most specifically, people always bitch about others, sometimes to me.

I've navigated through it so far by just giving one word/short responses: "True", "That sucks", "Really?" - then attempting to change the subject. The shit thing is, is that it feels like all anyone ever does is bitch (and the majority of us are men!!!) There are only a select few that will have intellectual conversations with me who I try to associate with.

Is there a better way through this shitstorm of a workplace? I'm only still here because I just finished Uni and wanted the experience. Currently looking for new positions and have had a few interviews.
