What the fuck are you talking about? If you lift, you'll be horny as all hell. I'm just as horny in my 40's if not more sex driven than in my 20's. The main difference is I can pull a shit ton of women and actually do the stuff I dreamt of doing in my 20's.

I'm 45 and can easily have sex 3-4 times a week. Keep lifting, make sure your test levels are decent and you don't eat like crap. Get sleep. I'm horny all the time.
