This has been a recent issue, but it's kinda been worse for me lately, my head gets super sensitive during blowjobs or if I'm pushing it into a tight hole (i.e. vagina, ass) like to the point where it's so sensitive that it kinda hurts. Idk how to describe the feeling, like it's SO pleasurable that I'm like holy fuck wow, this is painful and OD. I'm circumcised and read about this happening to guys with foreskins, so that's the weird part. Does anyone else have this issue and know what I should try doing about it? I'm gonna set up an appointment with my urologist anyways, lol because this blows!
