I was wondering whether somebody who knew all the philosophy but had a shit lifestyle, didn’t lift, didn’t do any stimulating activities that constantly challenged them would be better off than somebody who say had never heard of the red pill but act well, lifted, did a multitude of things that challenged them and increased their confidence. Basically what’s more important the philosophy or actually having the fundamentals of what an alpha Male would have locked down in his life. I realised that when I’m on a no fap streak, been consistent with diet and I’m not just slouching around my house all day I feel like a completely different person. There’s no such thing as ‘fake it till you make it’ in my opinion because in order to be confident you have to have true self worth which is derived from things such as lifting, no fap, good eating etc. What’s everybody’s thoughts on this?
