This is not "called" anything. This is actually a contradiction in terms. Re-write and use the correct word: "girlfriend".

Don't write that letter to your girlfriend's friends... It's sooo petty and childish of her to ask this. It would be pretty and childish even if you cheated on her officially.... But for something you did "pre-exclusive" it's ridiculous.

If you want to have this girl as a girlfriend, then you need to draw the line at the day you went exclusive. She either shuts up about anything that happened before that, or 'next'.
