If a girls attraction is very high for you just invite her over to your place.

If her attraction is only mildly high take her for a coffee, go for a walk in a park, isolate, kino, kiss, if attraction is high see if she wants to come back to your place for a movie.

This can work with virtually anything though. The key components are isolate and escalate.
