At the moment, you shouldn’t be thinking about plating her. That’s not even a possibility until you fuck her. You should be thinking about getting her to your place, and any logistics involved. You’re looking too far ahead. Think short term and close the deal. Make sure it’s a good experience for you both, where she wants more. THEN it’ll be time to think about making her a plate. To answer your question- keep it short, don’t turn into her girlfriend, or she could lose attraction and it’ll all be over before it starts. Don’t be needy, and don’t overtext. Appear busy, remind her you’re looking forward to hanging out, and text once, at the most twice, a day until then.
