Been plating this girl for almost 1 year now. She has always stuck around even though she said she was out a couple of times. The last about 3 months she’s been pushing hard for something more...I do get along with her and I genuinely like spending time with her...here’s the problem

Two months ago I go to look at her fb profile so I enter her name and city in on google then pops up an article.. she stole 15k worth of jewelry when she was 20 (she is now 30) she turned herself in. To make things worse it was at a home she babysat at...Her dad is a big dog in the police dept...I brought this up to her on Wednesday when she brought up a relationship and she started crying, first time I’ve seen her cry

She said she was with an ex who was bad and he stole all of it and she knew she would get blamed and her dad told her to turn herself in...I call BULLSHIT! If she would have told me the truth it would have been so much better, I would of maybe gave her the benefit of the doubt and said it was so long ago and we all do dumb things when we’re young...I’ve left valuables out and I have my camera on in my room which she doesn’t know about and nothing...

What do you guys think....I do like her but maybe it’s best if I don’t ltr her?
