Realistically this will only raise your value in both girls eyes.

Your ex will see a girl that’s crazy enough to fight over you.

Your plate will be validated (and more invested) having fought for you.

To be frank, you can probably make the plate a fuck toy. Do whatever you want at this point, even threesomes at some point. String her along, and deepen the investment, you’ll be able to lead her by the nose soon enough.

By telling a plate something private about your past you're sending covert signals to her that she's more than a plate (ie: she's special enough to warrant something private, or do you tell all the women you fuck your embarrassing secrets).

I know, I read that they knew each other, the point still stands, so when "the talk" comes, you'll know when the seed was planted.
