Figure out why you’re doing it.

All the advice on filters etc is good, but you will find a way around them when you get desperate for a hit.

Most people who get addicted to things do so because something else is wrong in their life. Porn, alcohol, drugs, whatever allows them to escape their own minds for a little while,

When you figure out why you use porn so much, you can put in place a strategy to fix it.

In my case I was a pathetic shell of a beta man who only got bad sex. I had no confidence. Finding TRP actually did more to help me stay off porn than anything. Why watch porn when quality sex can be had instead?

Get K9 web protection, it's a parental control software and it blocks like 99% of porn. You can set it up to block certain parts of websites or all of a website. It requires a passcode which you can ask someone else to put in so you can't peek. (I would set it up properly before doing that though).

Spotting it early is the best thing you can do. That shit will wreck relationships. Jerk off all you want but fight the urge to watch porn. If you can't go cold turkey, start with cutting out videos. Work back from there.
