I still hang out with my ex. Got divorced about 2 years ago. When we did it was more of a practical thing. Due to different circumstances, among others that I didn't know what being blue pill was the consequences.

Already in 2009 I fell in love (aka. got oneitis) for a different girl. My ex found out and was mostly bothered because she felt like it was expected of her (ie. she didn't care). We stayed friends because this lack of feelings just sort of happened. I moved out when we got divorced and I regularly hang out with her and her new husband. No problems.

I've changed so much that I'm not into the kind of person my ex is anymore, and especially not my ex - so there's no problem.

Go no contact regardless. Any contact immediately go logistics.

Example -

"Hey I've been thinking and I was wrong" cool what u doing tonight at 10

Escalate early and go for the bang, treat it like a third date. If she doesn't put out leave.

I'm guessing this is for the less experienced guys who would pine over it and try win her back.

If you are asking if you should go no-contact, you are the inexperienced guy.

My advice is to keep contact with her, stay friends and get a valuable life lesson in the process.
