Hello to everyone; before anything else, I just want to say that I appreciate everything taking the RP has done for me physically and mentally. I feel myself undergoing a transformation more empowering than anything else I've ever experienced. That being said, here is my background.

Just over three years ago, after a mediocre academic performance and a long, severe bout of depression, I finally decided to take a medical leave of absence from my university. It was a difficult move to make, but at that point my mentality was so polluted that I had reached a complete halt in terms of personal fulfillment and my dean deemed it in my best interest to take some time off.

In any case, I've spent the last three years at home in California slowly overcoming my depression with the help of therapy and meds. During all this time, I discovered TRP and gradually began warming up to the theory presented within. After an especially tough 2014, I strove to begin making immediate decisions in improving my lifestyle. I have slowly been working on internalizing and practicing the tenets of TRP, which included me reforming my life completely. This year already, I have managed to get a well-paying job as a language tutor, as well as beginning lifting and pursuing my other goals with an utmost ferocity.

My tentative plan is to resume my studies at university in the fall of 2015. It will be a different experience than before, due to the fact that I will be 22 when I return (and most people in my class will be 19-20). My question is this - what can I do to personally prepare myself for the college atmosphere? I am practicing on strengthening my drive in all facets of my life, and I don't want to make the same mistake twice of letting my mind and body go to shit.

(Not sure if relevant, but my school is an Ivy so I still tend to think that it harbors a pressure cooker of an environment. High stress/risk, but high potential reward. My doubts lie in my ability to fully manage the increasing tally of responsibilities while still relishing my youth as much as possible.)

Any and all guidance is appreciated!
