There's a lot of ways to do things "better" with knowledge but past a certain point you just have to do hard/scary shit.

I would imagine that for you, talking to women is just one of those things until you do it enough to get used to it.

If you're with a friend, see who can be the first one to get 10 or 15 rejections. If you're alone, challenge yourself to get 10 rejections in the next hour. If you win, congratulations you have officially beaten approach anxiety.

My problem is whenever I play that game, I end up losing and getting laid halfway through.
