Here is my strategy for disclosing. I plan on ghosting all the plates I don't care about so I don't have to tell them. I figure if I tell them word will spread. The plates/FWB that I do care about I'll just tell them I've had it for a while and that it's not really contagious (which is true). I'll also throw in something like, "if you don't want to see me anymore I understand, no hard feelings". I won't be in the same country as my main FWB (potential upgrade LTR) for another 3 months, do I call her now to say she should get tested or just wait to tell her in person?

I feel that disclosing my STD status lowers my SMV/weakens my frame and gives the impression that my sexual options are more limited. Obviously it also gives them a reason to leave me, i.e. no one wants herpes. How can I disclose status in a way that counters this effect?

For my redpill brothers with herpes, how do you go about disclosing to one night stands/plates/FWB? If you're not having an outbreak, do you even bother?
