I live in NYC and am fairly successful.

I'd like to treat plates to certain experiences that they might otherwise not be able to afford.

For example, I want to take an HB9 to Mexico because I don't want to have to spit local game, and want to guarantee I have a topless girl on my balcony each morning.

She probably wouldn't be able to afford the flight and hotel, and I am obviously able to pay for that myself without any problems, so what's the best way?

I'm tempted to tell her she's in charge of dinner reservations and nightlife while we're there, but I would rather do it myself honestly.

Asking her to pick up dinners could work, but just comes off as blase.

Anyone have a go to approach to these situations?
