If you don't make a move then you look like a pussy. Pussies are not what they eat. Escalate always. Doesn't mean you have to shove your tongue down her throat immediately, but touching her arms and lower back - little touches to show intimacy in interest. If she reciprocates or hang around, she's interested, so don't wait and assume the sale until given a hard 'no'.

I remember a case with a chick a couple months back who was already warming up to and seeking more kino after we had been dancing pretty dirty. I made the mistake of getting involved in a drawn-out conversation with a guy friend. (Not trying to game her; I just make a point to value my male friends over prospective female fuck buddies.)

By the time I kind of circled back to her, everything was lost.

The escalation train, once you're on it, has to be ridden. If petting works, you escalate to groping. If groping works, you escalate to fingering. Not in a straight line, of course, but over a reasonably decent span you should be going as far as you can get without resistance.
