As already said chasing by girls only happens at larger differences of SMV's. For some reasons a lot of low SMV girls have a lot of confidence and will almost attack you if you are part of the higher league. However these are not the one's you want to date. Actively trying to being chased is laziness. And high-class women don't chase. And these are exactly those you want to date.

Most important you are the only one to determine/control the relationship. You make the first and the last step. And for sure all in-between.

I'd say status and looks is almost the same and I would call it appearance. It also includes confidence, amount of mirin' girls in the room and all this stuff. Maybe contrary to many of this sub I'd say being jacked is the least important part. (You don't train for the girls but for you)

Money shouldn't mean a shit. She doesn't get it from you. You are no sugar daddy. You are the best male around even without money. You just have the money to be able to follow all new impressions as hobbies. (And having nice clothes maybe)

money directly helps BB SMV, it only affects AF SMV indirectly (more money means you can go on more adventures and buy motorcycles and shit like that). looks and status are both a big part of SMV. girls do care about a guy's looks, but not nearly as much as guys care about a girl's looks.

It depends on what you mean by actively. There has to be a hell of a gap between her perception of herself and her perception of you for her to abandon plausible deniability and make a move. Possibly a lot of confidence too. After leaving college I've only seen it happening between hb5s and lower and 8 guys, or higher.
On the other hand, if you mean her coming to you and handing you every possible indicator of interest, sometimes barely retaining plausible deniability (it'll still be there though)... It happens somewhat often. If you're in doubt, focus on showing off status, it's bound to happen.

SMV is about some traits. It's closely, if not all engulfed, in Mystery Method's "demonstrations of higher value", where you'll find it far better explained than here. PUAs use that term a lot. Anyway, what you get is:

"Looks", show your capacity to protect her and her offspring (I'm putting "aggressiveness" here too);
"Looks", show your status;
Status, implies your peers will be willing to protect her offspring if she is your partner;
Pre selection, it's a weird thing, she'll assume good things about you if other women are into you;
Resources to support her and her offspring;
Willingness to support and protect her and her offspring.

SMV is composed of all of those aspects.
Money ideally means status. If money is alone, it'll be a terrible thing to game with. It has only one DHV embedded in it, and it's one that's closely related to a beta trait. You'll be over charged for sex and cucked if you're fool.

RP advises you to game with pre selection, looks and status, because that's what will get you sex faster.
It strongly advises you against gaming with willingness to support because that gets you labeled as beta bux and makes everything hard and worse for you.

Anyway, to put it quickly, it's not money+status. It's looks+status versus money + willingness to support. The first two make better game but smart girls shouldn't take a guy without all of them.
Having only the looks will earn you some ego inflating IOIs, though. Lift. lol
