Not long ago I started to work as functional analyst, in an IT area of the local government. I'm young but its not my first job, yet don't have any experience in this position. Years ago I came down the IT path with a because of it being one of the best effort/money ratio areas. So far its not very exciting work.

In this new workplace there are the regular IT stereotypes that have two characteristics that are immediately noticeable: they are blue pill (as in very submissive) and they complain a lot.

Do you think this is an IT generic thing? Do you notice this in low ranking office jobs?
