Gentlemen quick question on how to act in this situation.

Background

Met a good looking girl HB 7.5 to 8. (a little unstable, got out of a LTR 6 months ago, dated her rebound for 1.5 months, is going on a dating spree)

Been on three dates so far (the third was last minute as she texted me the morning of asking if I was free) - possibly may have had plans with some one else and I was the backup.

During the end of the last date she said to me "What are you waiting for?" I said "Im going to kiss you tonight" Then she said "Way to ruin it!" She gives me a hug, dodges my kiss runs to her car (im thinking okay immature) I walk to her car, she rolls down the window acts all playful "I say come here, and kiss her" (really lame I know).

Anyway that night (midnight?) she sends me a nude photo via snapchat and a text with a "heart xoxo"

I replied in the morning with a wink.

During my day at work she texted me how it was going (I was actually swamped) told her I would call her later.

I called her after work (6ish) we talked for a few mins as she was on break from her job and she texted me her whole week schedule 20 minutes later. We made plans for Sunday as we were both free that day and had a lot of time to hangout (also no work Monday since Labour day so..... out and about then back to my place for fun - wishful thinking)

I got busy again with work and I forgot to ask her if she was going to meet me or prefer for me to pick her up (her work is close to where I live so she can come straight to my place or since shes done early can go home get dolled up etc).

So I texted this afternoon (today) saying "Hey, are you meeting me or am I picking u up?"

All day, no response, and hours later she starts uploading videos and pictures on snapchat at some bar (possibly on a date as told me she was going on dates with other men). I did not double text her, or watch her videos.

Is she testing me to determine my fitness and stability as a man to weed out the betas? Or is she simply leading me on (hence why I mentioned the third date story). What is the proper course of action? (im leaning towards ignore her and let her come to me). Currently I have another date planned on Thursday and Friday (my backup plan to avoid ever getting oneitis again for a girl).
