I've been flirting with a girl, said let's hang out and got her number a few days ago. But she just left on a 10 day trip to see one of her girl friends from h.s. who just had a baby.

I know a lot of you on here suggest keeping texts to the bare minimum. I have not texted her so far. But then there's also the issue of leads turning stale if you allow too much time to pass without moving things forward.

What to do in a situation like this, maintain radio silence or send a little something to stoke the fire?
