I was raised to be a total beta from my parents. Whenever i have any opinion that disagrees with my dad he flips out in a rage and throws insults for hours, and then goes on the next day and wont take no for a answer. I know who i want to be and have forged my body into a fortress, problem is whenever i do anything that i want to do for myself it only leads to family problems. I have no finacial means of moving out, and i cant fullfill my dream of joining the military cause every damn time i mention it, all hell literately breaks lose. Im sitting at 2 paths at the moment. My parents set up a college fund and want me to get a degree although I fucking hate school and have no interest in it, or i say fuck it and join the military. I understand im young and stupid at 18, but i cant live life like this. Im not happy, or satisfied with were i am at in life and i want to change it.
