Hey guys,

Shortly after discovering TRP I started a new job, but not anything serious and am actively looking for something better. Anyway, a few weeks ago our GM transferred a cute girl to our store. We'll call her Amy. I've tried to create an aloof frame around her, teasing her with things along the line of "You know I don't care, right?" and a sly smile when she'd feign resistance in me doing what I want around the store. Often these were met with her smiling or laughing, sometimes responding that I'm a jerk/asshole to which I always say thanks or return a smile. Safe to say our relationship has been playful.

Now the last time I worked with her (Tuesday) she was coming in as I was about to finish my shift and was having a conversation with another girl. She inserted herself into the action, and in a minute or so paused while looking at me and says "Oh my god your eyes are sooooo pretty etc etc" I replied something like yea I get that a lot, which prompts the other girl in the picture to ask if I've got a girlfriend. I said no, and that I don't date. They look shocked and say I'm just looking for sex, to which I agree. The other girl continues to ask questions, and interrupting her, Amy says "I could see you like.. choking a girl" with a smile on her face. I reply "a lot of girls are into that sort of thing" and feel confident I pass this round.

Fast forward to today: I'm opening the store with her, and the playfulness and flirting is the same as it's been. Maybe an hour into the day a new girl shows up for training, and I'm supposed to be the one training her. I walk up and introduce myself, shake her hand and tell her to just follow me around as I work and I'll try to explain things to her (we were still in the process of opening). Immediately after I say this, Amy turns around and says to me "Are you flirting???" which, first of all I felt was ridiculously unprofessional, especially with the new girl being within earshot. I respond with a slight laugh and smiling, "Of course I am" and start showing the girl around. Looking back I think ignoring this one would've been best. Now later in the day, the trainee had already left and Amy approaches me talking about the new girl. Asking if I like her, etc. Not in a malicious or obviously jealous way, more lighthearted teasing. I respond in kind, something about how she's in college so must be over 18 and is good to go, we have some laughs. Now this is where things get weird.

A few hours before my shift ends, her cousin (who she just got hired) comes in, and I'm talking to her asking how she likes the place, at which point Amy comes over and starts saying how I've got a "crazy look" Her cousin and I were caught mid conversation and basically ignored this. Then Amy says it again, followed by "he looks like he could be a crazy rockstar or something" (apparently having two visible tattoos qualifies you as a rockstar) her cousin starts asking about my tattoos, and Amy takes it a step further asking if my whole back is covered and "where's my kkk tattoo" (??) I'm starting to get very uncomfortable and feel myself losing control of the conversation. I tried my best to agree and amplify that remark, saying that one's covered up now. Pretty sure that wasn't the best way to go about that particular situation though. Immediately after she says something along the lines of I look like I'd keep girls tied up under my bed. Now, again, we're all still laughing and smiling about everything, but inside I still feel like I'm being attacked. All of this was literally nonstop, and I'm trying my hardest to not lose composure. I respond with, "What the hell are you talking about? ....that would be unsanitary. I've got a special room for that." That made them laugh again, and the conversation sort of slowed down from there. Later in the day Amy comes up to me again, asking if I was into "SMS" (assuming she meant S&M) to which I laugh at her and use it to joke with her cousin. The rest of the day was uneventful, although she did try to get me to tell her my 'kinks' a few times.

So, experienced RP'ers... What the hell just happened, how did I perform, and what advice do you have on moving forward? Keep in mind this is somebody I would spin as a plate and nothing more.
