Hi guys,

Maybe this is against the rules, and I love the shit that gets posted here normally, but if you’ll indulge me, I’d really appreciate any feedback here.

I had a plate that I’ve been on and off with for most of my 20s and some of my 30s. She was a cute girl, but if you saw her you’d say she was a 5 or 6.

Still, she was very sweet to me and clearly wanted me to marry her after a while. I have personality issues that would lead to a divorce even if she never ended up proving TRP principles down the line.

She actually did prove one of them, once slipping up and telling me she cheated on one of her boyfriends because he didn’t pay any attention to her. This was a red flag that kept me from ever thinking of committing to her — and TRP/MGTOW took care of me entertaining the thought of it with any other woman in the world, to round things out.

She just got married. The poor bastard she’s with doesn’t know she’s slept with however many guys, or that she cheated on one boyfriend (that I know of) without much difficulty. Still, he has a caring wife now and one who was getting worried about hitting the wall, so is good to him and making it worth his time (he is a widower and has two kids; she’s got no baggage).

An opportunity lost, and I don’t see any others like her again. She was the one that I always said I could work with if there ever was one I could work with. Now she’s gone.

I really don’t see any chance of being with anyone else again in my life. She was willing to look past my flaws and personality issues — the ones she knew about, at least.

I’m not getting younger or healthier or more accomplished.

I can’t help but feel as though I lost something that could have been good for me. I know AWALT, and all of that, but I can’t help but feel as though I fucked up and lost out on a good thing. She gave me so many chances to commit over the 10 years but I never did.

Thanks for reading.
