A lot of this is going to be bluepilled. I got too attached to my LTR of 2 years and it turned her off from me. She broke up with me and I'm having severe symptoms of oneitis. The worst part is that I can't go no contact, we work together on the same shift and will have to talk to each other and see each other in meetings. In addition she sent me a nude the other day and keeps messaging me throughout the day to talk.

I had a lot emotionally invested in this girl. I'm taking trp advice and trying to list all of the bad things about her, but tbh she had way more good things going for her. She was good with my kid and really helped me out a lot and is incredibly smart and aligns with me politically which is rare. On the downside she was a bit of a butterface and has an absent dad/daddy issues plus a controlling mom, but she never really did anything horrible to me besides arguing about how i was letting her down.

I've been browsing all the sidebar info and going through all the resources but I still can't kick that biological feeling that I just got left alone in the forest by the tribe. And I know it's truly my ego making me idealize her, but we did a lot together and she was a huge source of comfort for me during some really tough times and now I don't have that. I'm fasting, doing nofap, cut out alcohol/vaping, and I'm exercising but I still feel overwhelmingly stressed and anxious over her.

What do I do about her giving me mixed signals? If I give her space will she come back and stay if I maintain frame? How do I cope with this insane oneitis giving me anxiety and sleep deprivation? I'm blackpilled on dating apps and coronavirus is around, how would I even begin meeting new girls?
