SUMMARY: Recent beta TRP convert is hitting gym and doing all the reading, and is looking for advice from the pros how to not fall in love with every girl who's giving you attention.

I'm a blue pill beta who recently got a divorce, had a bad first post-divorce relationship, and wised up. I'm now hitting the gym, I've been doing tons of the reading, I went out and bought some really nice clothes, and I'm sorting through a lot of TRP wisdom.

One of the big lessons I've gotten is not to go too far too fast -- I shouldn't drop 20lbs, get some nice clothes and assume I'm not a beta. One of the big things people seem to stress around here is delayed gratification and building towards something.

I've been experimenting lately, now that I'm thinner, more confident, and have nice clothes. I've been approaching girls. I'm not DREAMING that I'm somehow magically an alpha yet, but I've been trying to implement the basics: Don't end the conversation until she ends it, keep it in your frame, etc. Just throwing out the absolute TRP 101 stuff to see what happens.

So here's the problem I'm having, and I wonder if anyone has any advice about how they, as betas, got past it: HOLY SHIT the girls are responding, and that's great. But I'm still falling in love with every girl who gives me attention. I'm using these new powers, but then I get a sudden flood of endorphins while I imagine our life together.

This is, obviously, a problem.

I know TRP is a slow gradual process, a personality overhaul. So I'm not looking for quick fixes. But if anyone had any advice how to get over this hump, I'd appreciate it.
